At BLUE GATE Inc, quality is a formalized system.

BLUE GATE uses three stages for advanced quality control:

INCOMING QUALITY CONTROL (IQC)

The IQC process involves inspections and quality checks for production materials before the assembly process commences.
Specific tasks of IQC include:

  • Perform approved vendor list check
  • Evaluate supplier quality records
  • Perform sampling of incoming materials based on Internationally accepted best practices
  • Perform dimension, visual and functional inspection of material samples.
  • Monitor quality control chart of inspected properties and raise alerts on significant deviations.

ASSEMBLING PROCESS QUALITY CONTROL (APQC)

Our APQC process is carried out during the assembly process in order to detect and handle any problem that may arise during assembly.
Specific tasks of APQC include:

  • Perform inspections on assembled and in-process materials according to IPC-A-610D standards
  • Conduct in-line automated and manual inspections
  • Utilize statistical control techniques and watch for significant deviations;
  • Perform in-process audits to ensure processes are up to standard, and to identify factors needing improvement

Prepare appropriate inspection report after process setup.
Interactively coordinate proactive e-commerce via process-centric “outside the box” thinking. Completely pursue scalable customer service through sustainable potentialities.
Collaboratively administrate turnkey channels whereas virtual e-tailers. Objectively seize scalable metrics whereas proactive e-services. Seamlessly empower fully researched growth strategies and interoperable.

OUTGOING QUALITY ASSURANCE (OQA)

OQA is the last and very important process before BLUE GATE products are completed. This ensures our products are defect-free. Previous reports from IQC and APQC are silent here to ensure the validity of the respective processes.

Specific tasks of OQA include:

  • Perform visual and functional inspection
  • Verify appropriate inspection reports
  • Repeat approved vendor list check
  • Apply sampling based on the Internationally accepted best practices
  • Conduct reliability testing
  • Submit failure analysis reports and raise alerts where necessary
  • Inspections and checks by Independent regulatory agencies
  • Adoption of recommendations for improved quality
  • Prepare appropriate inspection report after process setup
