We have highly responsive Service Center where all BLUEGATE products are repaired. To reinforce our optimal satisfaction pledge, BLUEGATE has a world class Service Center where all customer complaints are resolved and product issues are rectified timely.

Products under warranty are repaired free of charge (subject to BLUEGATE product warranty terms and conditions included in your BLUEGATE product). Out of warranty product repairs are done at a mini repair cost. Repair cost estimate is only available at our Service Center after troubleshooting the concerned product.

PROCEDURE & FEATURES

Our Service procedures inculcate the following:

  • Authentication of product: Warranty product is repaired free of charge while out of warranty product attracts mini repair cost.
  • Invoicing and repair details are available once it is done.
  • Flexible payment channels for estimated products.
  • Products are handled and repaired by professionals in the shortest possible time.
  • E-mails, SMS and phone communications on repair status from registration to collection are communicated at any stage of your product repair.
  • Communication of product pick up update within stipulated time.

The Service Center on request also offers pre-installation evaluation and post-installation instructions.
